Pittsburgh Steelers Monopoly Game

Introducing the USAopoly Pittsburgh Steelers Monopoly Game. This is the collector’s edition of the Steelers themed  monopoly board game. It’s a property trading game from Parker Brothers and licensed by Hasbro Properties Group.

The box includes the game board, title deed cards, play money and banker’s tray.  There are 16 football cards and 16 Steelers cards that replace the classic chance and community chest cards.  The token pieces are a cheerleader, quarterback, linebacker, whistle, Steeler’s helmet and a football.

The four corners of the game board which are Go, In Jail, Free Parking, and Go To Jail are the only parts of the classic game that remain  unchanged.

Game Assets

You can buy, sell and trade game assets like Jerome “the Bus” Bettis, Alan Faneca and  Hines Ward. Dwight White,  Joey Porter and Rod Woodson are great assets also.

The Steeler’s first four super bowl championships replace the railroads on the original game.

Instead of the classic monopoly’s top assets such as Boardwalk and Park Place, you can buy Heinz field for $400 and star quarterback Terry Bradshaw for $350.

The houses are renamed as luxury boxes and the hotels renamed as stadiums. If you are the owner of Three Rivers Stadium or the terrible towel you gain a small profit each time a player lands on them.

Just like the classic game you collect $200 after passing go. The other rules remain the same also.

If you’re lucky enough to buy all four of the Steeler’s first four super bowls which replace the railroads you’ll have a powerhouse on each side of the board.   This game is a definite must have for Steeler fans.
